“Pick up from the airport was fine but the pick up from the resort was a disaster - the details of pick provided to the hotel were completely wrong, the pick up venue was completely different and when the bus finally arrived, an hour late, the driver wouldn’t allow us on the bus because he said we weren’t on his list! then he said he’d been waiting for us at another hotel (a mystery to us because he’d said we weren’t even on his list), after I put him on the phone to his office he was reluctantly persuaded to take us to the airport - it was very distressing”
“We have used Beniconnect for the past 10 years and had until now good service. However Sept 2020 we are going to Hotel Torre Dorada with the drop-off 100mtrs away. Beniconnect have just notified us it has changed to the nearby street. When Googled the street is 500 mtrs away and when we complained operator said the bus could not traverse the road UTTER TRIPE we have gone for years! Beniconnect are dropping us at Hotel Bali and as DISABLED PENSIONERS WE HAVE SENT SERVIGROUP the supplier and this penny pinching lot a formal complaint (but as yet no answer) Their service is from Airport to Hotel NOT HALF A MILE DOWN ROAD abandoning 2 disabled pensioners SORRY DISGUSTING CANNOT RECCOMEND ANYMORE unless we hear different from either Servigroup or Beniconnect”
