Rang to update address on my 2 policys,
One was waived as it only had a month left on it and I wasn't prepared to pay the admin fee, the other policy had 8 months so i had to pay the admin fee UPTO £32 (UPTO been the key word),
so they charged me the full £32 for editing a box and added another £20 on top saying saying the insurance have added it.
Next time I insure both bikes, it will not be with Bennetts.

Don't bother with your copy n past reply which requires more effort than box editing an address, shame on you Bennetts.
