The product itself was fine. However, the shipping was a nightmare. The USPS said that they couldn't deliver because there was no entry. This was false, since this is a nursing home with 24/7 access. No information was possible when trying to reach them, either online or by phone. They did not say it was delivered. We finally found it on top of a cabinet in the nursing home - someone received it and put it there. Why couldn't I have been updated that the box was delivered?
My suggestion - Use a different delivery service than USPS.
