“We order every year for our religious school the merchandise this year was filled and sent right away. Everything looked perfect the candle boxes I was worried about since the boxes they were shipped in came beat up and had cuts on the outside but the candles were ok. I love that there's a discount and point system so that our order can be less money. Happy Chanukkah.”

“I was very disappointed upon opening the carton after delivery. One of the menorahs was completely damaged, the base was broken off and the plastic straps thet secure the menorah to the carton were hanging loose in the box. How could the shipping department knowingly send broken merchandise to a first time customer? This needs to be returned. Also, one of the glitter straps on the base of the glitter menorah was off and I had to re-attach it with Elmer's glue. The 6 boxes of candles were faded as if they were sitting in a warehouse forever. I opened one of the boxes and there was a film on all the candles making them look like pastel colors instead of the bright colors advertised on the site. These candles need to be returned. During this busy time I can't be bothered wrapping and returning sub-standard merchandise. I will think twice before ordering from them again.”
