I ordered matzah stickedrs and foam Jewish stars. I thought they would be biggeer.

Thank you for your feedback. Sorry about this. It is unfortunate that buyers assume the size of items even tough the item's size is always written in exact measurements in the item's description, and in case of our stickers we put the size even in the item's name - as in "Round Large Passover Matzah Stickers 1.5" (12 sheets)" or "Round Passover Matzah Stickers 1.2" (150 Stickers)". Unfortunately, there is a limit of how clear you can make an item's size. I would be happy to hear any suggestion of how we can improve the perception of a size of an item.

I just checked the other item you have ordered, and it also has the size of the stars in the item's name: "28 Glittering 2" Star of David Self Adhesive Foam Shapes". How much bigger than the 2" that is written in the item's name did you expect it to be? I would love to hear how we can make things clearer than that.

The pictures are good but I wish I had known that everything would be in Hebrew! A translation would be nice! But thanks anyway.

I had a shabbat gathering at my house and ordered these painting crafts for the kids. They were really cute EXCEPT the paint was completely dried out!

We used these as a fundraiser for Israel in October 2023. People flocked to get them, but my son's started to fade after about 2 weeks. I will say he's proudly wearing it all the time so that might be why.

Love my Israel's 75th anniversary poster and my Israeli flag, space but all of the plastic hammers in the package of 12 would not hold full air, so that was a disappointment for Israel's 75th Independence Day.

Wrong item sent. I understand that mistakes can be made. I needed the supplies at a certain time for Passover But what saddened and angered me SO much was the woman who answered the phone. So so rude, yelling at me, not letting me speak. AWFUL customer relationship. Been a Benny shopper got about 25 years. No more!

Flag color and gold ball on top of flag are nice. We were disappointed in the flag pole. Thought it would be wood, not a straw. ted phillips

I wanted a few fun toys for Passover and was glad to find Benny's. Not many choices online. Prices great for a one-rime use. Would have liked a wider selection.

I order with coupon. They communicated with me to decide if I wanted to include an item that would alter shipping. I gave them my decision. They proceeded to charge and left out my discount. I am upset because of that and happy the shipment arrived fast.

It was very easy to get in touch with Bennys when an employee called to ask n about an order I had placed. HIWEVER, once I received the order and had a question about how to install necessary batteries to make it work, I am still waiting for an answer

I thought these would be perfect for my resin menorahs but the opening is too big for a standard Hanukkah candle and will only stay up if you light the bottom of the candle so the wax sticks. Unfortunately, this does not work for me.

Great classroom visual. But whoever was responsible for the Velcro placement should be fired. I had to remove all of the Velcro dots and center them properly on all of the pieces as well as the main poster. I would also love to see you do better with your shipping fees.

The product itself was fine. However, the shipping was a nightmare. The USPS said that they couldn't deliver because there was no entry. This was false, since this is a nursing home with 24/7 access. No information was possible when trying to reach them, either online or by phone. They did not say it was delivered. We finally found it on top of a cabinet in the nursing home - someone received it and put it there. Why couldn't I have been updated that the box was delivered? My suggestion - Use a different delivery service than USPS.

Dear Rabbi Lieberman, I am very sorry that the USPS tracking delivery status was not updated on the USPS website. But you say it was delivered, just that your staff did put the box on top of a cabinet in the nursing home instead of handing it to you (Your name was on the box!) - Is that really our fault? You placed the order on March 18th at night, we shipped it on March 19th, and it delivered March 20th. Maybe the low review should go to USPS and/or to your staff, but you gave it to us. The paper plates I received were small and thin and not very substantive. I'm not sure how well they will hold up during a meal. I was expecting a stronger plate.

We ordered the beautiful Anat Seder Plate. To our great disappointment, the porcelain set was poorly packed and two of the little plates came chipped, rendering the set unacceptable. Upon registering our complaint, Sarah provided extraordinary customer service, replacing the damaged bowls within 24 hours! All told, we would feel comfortable ordering Judaica from Benny's again.

My order was not 100% correct. Wrong item sent Called immediately and the gentleman said the woman who can help me is not in yet I teach school and could not wait at home to call back again Hoping someone will be there when I call again in the morning Disappointed with customer service !

Dear Jody, There was one item, that we were unfortunately out off, missing from your order of 15 items. Sarah emailed you yesterday morning, and asked you if you would like the item to be replaced by a similar one that she suggested. Otherwise we can refund you for it. That was at 10:49 AM yesterday.
