The item was advertised as DIY Kiddush cups. In fairness they did say you had to buy your own DIY-- they sent me plastic wine glasses as an educational toy. Stupid!

Very surprised how poorly the Gregor were put together compared to how expensive they were. I ordered 20 of them for a poor party where we will decorate them. But they are really poorly made. Especially because they were four dollars each. If I had seen them before I would never have ordered them. I’m very disappointed.

It said in the description that this comes with about 1,000 of the mosaic tiles so I ordered for my students, thinking it would be enough for all of them. When it arrived, it was a tiny bottle, with not even 500 tiles in it, not nearly enough for what I need. And they take so beyond long to ship that now I have no time to order another one for 3 days from now.

Was too hard doing business with them so I kindly asked them to disregard my order Nobody was upfront about costs and much was hidden expenses No I did not get delivery again I cancelled my order and asked them NOT to proceed

Hi Shoshana, At your request I have cancelled the order, BUT WHY did you have to inform us through the company review instead of replying to our email??? Giving our company a one star rating??? Is our company's service to Vancouver Talmud Torah not good??? The school has been ordering for years and always got great service! - Why would you do that???

Hi Martiza, Thank you for your feedback. As we are a small company that sells items at discounted rates we have to charge shipping as we are charged by the shipping companies. The items you have ordered were 18 heavy Metal Menorahs and 200 Jumbo wooden Dreidels. The order was large and heavy. The order was going from Saddle Brook NJ to San Diego CA. $26.85 is what our website charged you, but it turns out that our actual shipping charge was by about $5 higher. Unfortunately shipping is expensive, but we do not gain from that, it is an expense that we have to pay. I hope you will continue to be a good customer as you have been over the years. Dear Rachel, You ordered 2 "Shabbos" games, and by error we shipped only one. You called to tell us, two days ago. I apologized, and told you we will send an additional one right away. According to the tracking number it is being delivered to you today. From your review it sounds like we tried to steal from you, when the opposite is true. When you called, I did not doubt that you got only one game. I apologized for the error and told you we'll send one out right away, which we did. I just don't understand how people can be that mean! I am so unhappy with the groggets I bought! Two seconds into trying them out, one broke and Purim is tomorrow. This shouldn’t happen. I bought these instead of cheap plastic ones thinking they’d last. I would like a replacement sent to me. 55 cove Rd north Southampton ny 11968 Jerilyn Fisher

We have shipped your order the day after you have ordered, however it got delivered very slowly by FedEx. There are many delivery problems with all services (USP, USPS, FedEx), and it is not really under our control. I hope you understand that we are not the ones deserving a "one-star" review because of those issues.

Dear Harvey, I am very sorry you did not get your order in the time you wanted it, but you should know that the shipping time is quoted in business days. You placed your order on Saturday September 4th. This is not a business day. Sunday September 5th wasn't a business day as well. Monday September 6th was Labor day - Again not a business day. Tuesday and Wednesday were Rosh HaShana. It specifically states on our website that we are closed and don't ship on Jewish holidays. We shipped your order right when we came back after Rosh HaShana, and it got to you within 4 business days. (You chose the 4-6 business days shipping method). By giving the product and company a 1 star review, you hurt our business without justification. Sincerely, Benjamin Keren

I still haven’t received my purchase, a week after I ordered it!! Very disappointed, wanted it in time for Rosh Hashanah - it was a plush shofar. I won’t shop from you again.

Hi Lily, Your package was delivered only yesterday. I am sorry it took a whole week to get to you. The reason for the delay is that you have input a wrong address for the order.
