I placed an order a while back. Was informed that it would take some time to ship and deliver. I waited and waited. When I reached out to confirm ETA, I received an email, stating that there was an error in the spelling and the price was reduced.
If course, I was disappointed with the company's customer service, especially since the word that was misspelled is 'ISRAEL' .
Additionally what bothered me was that customer service didn't bother to notify me in a timely manner. Of course I cancelled the order.
