I placed a large order for gift baskets. I ordered 10 extra groggers to account for loss, 12 of them were broken or unusuable when they arrived so I didn't have any extra and in fact was short a few for my needs. They arrived individually wrapped, which required me to unwrap/discard the plastic on each one. This tells me that customers have the ability to buy in bulk and sell individually. Although, with the poo quality control you might not realize which products are faulty before your recipient does. Upon unwrapping each one, besides the broken groggers, I found a large quantity to have globs of hard glue stuck to them, long hairs that had been glued during assembly, and poor alignment while assembling. Overall, I needed to use them, since I was crunched for time and couldn't find a replacement. I don't think I would ever repurchase this item considering the total cost versus the hassle and lack of confidence in quality.

I find that all their products feel cheap and crappy. I just bought a set of string lights of dreidels. The dreidels are tiny. It was impossible from the web site to gauge their size. Very disappointing.

Dear Mark, Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry you are disappointed with this item. However, you have placed this one order with us, for this one item. How do you "find that all their products feel cheap and crappy"? Also - since it is hard to gauge the size of an item from judging on the photo alone, we have also a verbal description of the item just underneath that photo, which tells the exact dimensions "...Dreidels are about 1.75" tall and about 0.8" wide. I was very disappointed upon opening the carton after delivery. One of the menorahs was completely damaged, the base was broken off and the plastic straps thet secure the menorah to the carton were hanging loose in the box. How could the shipping department knowingly send broken merchandise to a first time customer? This needs to be returned. Also, one of the glitter straps on the base of the glitter menorah was off and I had to re-attach it with Elmer's glue. The 6 boxes of candles were faded as if they were sitting in a warehouse forever. I opened one of the boxes and there was a film on all the candles making them look like pastel colors instead of the bright colors advertised on the site. These candles need to be returned. During this busy time I can't be bothered wrapping and returning sub-standard merchandise. I will think twice before ordering from them again.

We received the Chanukah laser light and it only goes on the slow speed. We didn’t want to go through the hassle of returning it so we’re just using it on the slow speed

The bracelet looked nice but the material was very thin. They are packed in a small bag and arrived very wrinkled. When you put it on, it doesn’t lay flat.

Plates are very light and too expensive for what they are, we will need another plate for reinforcement and cup is too small very deceiving, it holds 1oz when Seder’s meal required 3oz

It was great that everything came on time. The flags I ordered qere great. The sand art sticky paper was old, kids couldnt not peel the pieces off, sticky part would come off with it. I'm hapoy I over ordered, many were unusuable. Unfortunately.

We have shipped your order the day after you have ordered, however it got delivered very slowly by FedEx. There are many delivery problems with all services (UPS, USPS, FedEx), and it is not really under our control. I hope you understand that we are not the ones deserving a "one-star" review because of those issues.

Dear Lisa, I am sorry for your disappointment. However, you have ordered a "Pre-Order" Item. It is very clear on the website, Instead of having an "Add to Cart" button it has a "Pre-Order" button, and it says the date the item will be in stock. So of course you have not received your order yet, since the item did not arrive here yet. The good news is that it is on the way to us, and we'll ship it out the moment it arrives here! Dear Jacqueline, We are sorry for your disappointment, however the size is specified in the description of the item. It also says that they are for standard Chanukah candles - so I am not sure why you would expect them to be 1" wide. You can definitely return those to us (Please put a copy of you order or a note with your order number in the return. We will refund you for the item upon receipt.

Quality of items was between poor to moderate, they are way overpriced. Some of the items, like the cardboard hats had misleading description (didn't mention the need of staples to assemble), and the hats shape makes them very unattractive, since they are too flat to fit a head. Shipment prices were too high.

Shipping was quick, however the quality of the toys are very, very poor. All of the flashlights fell apart the first day (dangerous) and the noisemakers fell apart before noon. Feel ripped off

Judith Hi, Of course they are not the same. You have put a totally different item in your shopping cart than you did last year. It looks different, has a different item code, has a different price, has a different image and has a different description that actually specifies that it is pre-printed. When we get an order - we ship exactly what you ordered. We don't check what the customer has ordered last year and send out what you ordered last year - that would be strange... You purchase from us for about 10 years now. Your "Company Review" tells potential customers what to expect when they order on our site.
