“Hard to find what I wanted at website. Search terms didn't always work. I called for help, but just told look again they do sell it.”

The new website is actually much better for searching than the old one - I am sure that over time you will find more use of the new "filtering feature" - just click on the "All items" category and filter down the group of items by Holiday, Subject, Product Type, Age, and so on and you'll find what you need.
