I bought a menorah from Benny's toys. They were very efficient, I received it right away. It turned out to have a small damage (not their fault, a manufacturing issue), and I called them about it. The person I talked was very nice. She said she had actually been cautioned about these menorahs having this possible damage but she hadn't seen it - I'd expected that I'd have to send photos, and prove what the problem was. She immediately sent me a replacement piece, which I got two days later.
I'd be happy to do business with them again.
