My friend who I sent a gift to, had a broken Purim toy due to insufficient packaging, NOT the quality of the item which was beautiful. I did order two, so all is well; he shared! He emailed someone and a lovely woman got back to him right away and gave him a credit to my account. I am very appreciative and thank you! The wood items were very cute; it was just the packaging.
