This was the first time I placed my orders via email, but found the whole event very easy. I did have to change a delivery date via phone, but that, too, went well. It is always a pleasure to speak to Sara, but I understand business is too hectic for a phone call. I am always pleased with dealing with Benny's Educational Toys, and will continue to do so for as long as I need their help and services.
