The only reason I’m dinging 1star is b/c I spoke with someone for 2 separate orders and wound up having to return both orders as the sales person misunderstood what I needed. Language barrier? Now partly this is my fault b/c I should have realized both mistakes, but I didn’t. The return process is still ongoing ( dealing with over $400 worth of refunds) but I had to mail back both boxes for a total of $39. However, I’ve ordered from these folks for years and always had great service and great products!
