I purchased the book All about the prostate but unfortunately when I received the book the back cover was badly damaged.I sent an Email to the customer service department of Ben's Natural Health explaining this and showed them a photograph as proof of the damage.They immediately acknowledged my Email and they arranged a replacement immediately. Absolutely first class service ! Thank You
