The one star review isn't meant as a negative. It just reflects the fact that I haven't even received the products and I'm being asked for a review! It might make more sense to send out this review request in a month or two after a person actually receives your product and has a chance to give an informed opinion about the product after actually trying it. Since my only experience with your product to date is getting a shipping confirmation today, I don't have much to offer other than I'm hoping the purported efficacy of your products will justify the cost.

Claire is an excellent customer representative that gave stellar feedback immediately. I appreciate her friendly and courteous reply and kind of made me feel “bad” about cancelling my subscription. She is awesome and when i am ready i will start a subscription. Thank you very much Darryl

Clair was very helpful delaying my order. I'm a long time user of Ben's products and they've worked so well that I have had to reduce my dosage. As a side effect I've amassed quite a stock of product! All the the customer service staff at Ben's Natural Health have been great! Perhaps there are cheaper prostate products out there, but none are more effective or better!

I needed to order a product and contacted the company. Claire came to my rescue and helped me order the product I required. I have bought from this company fro 16 years and it is staff like Claire who will help very quickly with any problem you may have. Highly recommended.

E mailed Claire regarding when delivery would be. Got a response within a couple of hours.,Then next day a further response saying order en route and would be delivered next day. Excellent communication from Claire and great customer service. Would recommend Bens Health Products, quality and service is excellent.

I had some issues with my prostrate. The Dr wanted to put me on 2 different meds. I refused and told the Dr I wanted to exhaust all natural approaches first before I went the Pharmaceutical direction. I have been taking Ben’s 3 bottle approach now for 3 + years and I do not have any problems with my prostrate like I use to. I am 83 years old

I had a question for Ben’s, sent an e-mail and was impressed how soon Claire (Ben’s representative) responded to my email. Claire not only responded to and answered me she said she was available for any future questions that I may have as well. Claire made me feel confident that I made a good choice when I chose Ben’s.
