A Customer Service person by the name of Dianne handled my concern regarding an order I had placed. I couldn't have asked for a better communicator. She was concise and able to gracefully address what I had brought up. And she did it in a manner which locked in my willingness to continue doing business with her company. She, maybe without realizing it, was the spokesperson for the company, and she turned me into a loyal customer. You know what she can do (which is becoming more and more of a scarce "commodity!")? SHE CAN COMMUNICATE. And in this day and age it is sorely needed. And her communication was prompt and thorough! I appreciate what she did, and I hope her company does too.
