I have taken several supplements aimed at prostate issues over the years that have, honestly, been effective. What keeps me using Ben's Total Health for the Prostate is two things: 1) Scientific and medical studies Ben has provided which I have read to the same conclusions he has, and 2) the quality of the several ingredients, including saw palmetto, he has used in this formulation. I believe his is the superior choice.
