I was taking Flomax and had bad side affects. Learned about Ben's Total Health from his video. I ordered his book and read it, then gave it to my primary care doctor. She agreed with every word. I have been taking the product for several months and highly recomend it. Sleeping straight through the night - maybe getting up once to pee.
