Lots of problems communicating via website.
Been purchasing products through Amazon but prefer to work directly with Ben’s if they can improve order process.
PSA went from 9 and steadily climbing to 5. So the products work. Just too difficult to work with the company on line.
I’m considering joining the monthly program but not yet. I need to experience improvement in their order process.
