I was not able to connect to Ben's website on my daily emails. I contacted customer service. I was very lucky to connect with Claire. She determined it was an issue with my Xfinity security settings. With many messages back and forth she tried to help me. I tried a few things. I'm not a great computer genius but I am somewhat competent. Claire was always helpful and patient. For some reason I couldn't solve the issue in my Xfinity app. I had to send Xfinity a report of my problem to get it resolved. Claire was always there to ask about the process and if my issue was resolved. I think she is a fantastic customer service agent and guided me to a solution. I hope she gets a raise or promotion soon. Thank you!
