I've been using the product for almost a year, but yet to see any benefits, at times I have to cut back as it seems to produce headache side effects. I'm also taking the prostate power and healer. Hopefully through my Keto diet and work our regimen I will begin to see result soon. Dr's are constantly saying that I'm throwing my money away on such suplements, hopefully we can prove them wrong.
