i started taking total health 5 years ago and at the time i could hardly urinate at all. in less than 2 weeks i was well on the way to being able to once again live a normal life free of discomfort and excessive frequent trips to the bathroom. there are nights i don't even get up once to go to the bathroom. no other product i tried before total health worked even slightly. there is not a better product anywhere. i recommend this product to my friends with total confidence.
