I have been taking your products for about 2 1/2 months and I am a little better but not as I had hoped. I bought enough product for the next three months because I think it might just take more time. I also have not been as disciplined on the ketogenic diet as I should be. I am disciplining myself to really do the diet and exercise more often. I am still hopeful that in a few months I can give your products rave reviews.
