Ben's diet and supplements and exercise ideas work! In 5 weeks my PSA went from 9.8 to 6.9, almost 3 points lower!
I will be tested again and expect to drop another 2 or 3 points. I have lost weight, most of my beer belly is gone. Following Ben's program I am simply healthier.
