the worst and lowest quality carpets are here. Moreover, customer satisfaction is zero. They never care. Never shop, never buy anything. Your money and time will go to waste. I ordered 2 carpets about 2 months ago, 2 pieces of 140*200, but they sent me a 300*200 carpet and it arrived 12 days later. I asked for a refund, they said you can keep the carpet and we will refund 90% of it, but they did not. They did not answer my e-mails. The carpet is supposedly washable, but I threw it in the trash after washing it once.
