“This is the third rug I have bought from Benuta and will continue to do so. Purchase confirmation and receipts etc are emailed immediately and the rug arrived on time. My only reason for giving 4 stars not 5 is because I haven’t ever been able to track my package which is an available feature. I can see all the shipping information but from then on I have no idea which day it will arrive - this may be down to the delivery company rather than with Benuta.”

“Overall a brilliant choice of sizes and designs for rugs. The rugs are really good quality and reasonable prices, I have several, some of which are over 5 years old. It's the first time I have purchased cushions, and would do so again.”
