“Nice range of carpets but delivery time is never few days is few weeks!!!!”

“This is the third rug I have bought from Benuta and will continue to do so. Purchase confirmation and receipts etc are emailed immediately and the rug arrived on time. My only reason for giving 4 stars not 5 is because I haven’t ever been able to track my package which is an available feature. I can see all the shipping information but from then on I have no idea which day it will arrive - this may be down to the delivery company rather than with Benuta.”

“My only criticism is that I didn't actually know when the rug/runners would be delivered - we live rurally and luckily the delivery company left them in a 'safe' place as we were not at home for either delivery”
