“The rug was folded and not rolled when it arrived. After a month of use I can still see some of the fold lines on the rug. I lay the rug out on a hard surface for 3 days, eventually steamed the folds and have hoovered it frequently but some of the fold lines are still obvious.”

“Great service, easy to order, delivery was fast considering in from the UK. The rug i ordered was amazing and great quality. My only suggestion would be to offer samples of the rugs you sell. The rug I ordered was slightly too light for the colour scheme in the room I wanted it. But it's hard to tell when ordering online. I would have been happy to pay for a sample. Wish now I had ordered the darker colour but still it's a lovely rug.”
