Initally ordered on the 16th January. Didn't get a shipping notification until the 23rd. That order then sat in a warehouse in Germany for 2 weeks, made its way to the UK for less than 1 day and was returned to Germany, whereupon UPS claimed to have lost it. Benuta agreed to a refund and added a 20% voucher for a replacement order. That order (11th Feb) was then dispatched without the required non-EU documentation, so was again stuck in the German warehouse for a week waiting for that, which was only suppplied after I chased Benuta for it. If you're hoping for a stress-free speedy delivery, look elsewhere.

It is a bit arduous returning rugs from the UK. You've got to find an email with the original invoice, email them to request return, affix customs notice and original invoice to outside of box in a clear pocket of your own construction and its a big heavy box to take to a Parcelforce office especially in December when the post offices are rammed. The returns label that prints off the email is too small so you end up screenshotting the return label and blowing it up in printing. You fill out a custom label asking for custom code (I had to email customer services who told me I didn't need to fill this out). All in all it wasn't smooth and seamless. Returns should be easier and presumably the thin large rugs need backing tape or sticky underlay to stay flat (this is a non-tested belief and therefore speculation).
