This is the third rug I have bought from Benuta and will continue to do so. Purchase confirmation and receipts etc are emailed immediately and the rug arrived on time. My only reason for giving 4 stars not 5 is because I haven’t ever been able to track my package which is an available feature. I can see all the shipping information but from then on I have no idea which day it will arrive - this may be down to the delivery company rather than with Benuta.
