If I could give service zero stars I would. Delivery time is stated as 6-8 days. The rug was delivered over a month after I ordered. Tracking doesn’t work so I was left guessing if/when it would arrive. I was on holiday when it eventually came and could thankfully ask a neighbour to check it was not left on my driveway as I received no confirmation. Despite having a co.uk address they are not in the uk which is dishonest and I wouldn’t have ordered if I’d known as delivery is bound to be longer and I needed the rug sooner. The rug itself is great which is why I’ve given 2 stars. I wanted a latex backed rug that wouldn’t move and it is ideal for that. Would not use again because the stress of not knowing when/if it might arrive isn’t worth it. They need to be honest about their location and delivery times and reduce costs accordingly.
