Sadly, the rug never arrived. We kept following the tracking, which shows it was returned to Benuta on 1st February. We’ve emailed customer service, but they said they would only issue a refund once the rug was back with them—despite the fact that delivery was never even attempted at our address.
According to the tracking, it arrived back with them on 1st February, yet there’s still no sign of a refund. So, we’re left with no rug and no refund.
We’re very disappointed, as we really wanted this rug for my son’s room.
