Customer service is almost non-existent which is a shame because the product is good. Takes days for a reply and the replies are robotic cut and paste, not engaging with what you've actually asked them, sometimes sounding quite rude. They told me repeatedly they had sent a return label when they hadn't and it took a couple of weeks just to get a return label and address so I could swap the rug for a bigger version.
