Latest batch of filters I purchased from them seem defective and as result the water tastes of chemicals and waste products, truly ghastly. After contacting Berkey Water Filters, I was greeted with rudeness and an unprofessional attitude, besides they were clueless as to what the problem may have been nor did they offer to replace the filters - they simply did not care at all. Shocking and appalling customer service and goods. Stay well away from this company.
