“It is a nightmare trying to get fluoride replacement filters for my Berkey water filtration system. They are always on back order and they do not offer a way to preorder. I literally have been checking their website daily for months. The system is useless without the proper filters and it’s really time consuming to have to check their site daily. I have signed up for the email notification numerous times but have never received the alert. I would not buy this filtration system again because if this issue.”
“Latest batch of filters I purchased from them seem defective and as result the water tastes of chemicals and waste products, truly ghastly. After contacting Berkey Water Filters, I was greeted with rudeness and an unprofessional attitude, besides they were clueless as to what the problem may have been nor did they offer to replace the filters - they simply did not care at all. Shocking and appalling customer service and goods. Stay well away from this company.”
