We were delighted with our picture - it made a lovely personalised Christening gift. In the original picture we received, the handwriting was slightly obscured by the frame, but following an email to Bertie & Jack a second picture was sent to us within 24 hours to rectify the problem. Beautiful product and very good customer service. We will be using Bertie & Jack again.
