Bertie and Jack were totally professional from start to finish - yet at the same time also very friendly - nothing was too much trouble . My order was depsatched very quickly and I was kept informed all the way through .
I was absolutely delighted with my order when it arrived - the cushion was even lovelier than I thought it would be and I don't want to give it away...time for another order methinks.
