This is the second year I have bought something through Bertie and Jack and I love their products and they make fabulous Christmas gifts. Last year I had it made up then and there at the stall and they couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. They checked over the phone that what I wanted was possible and took me order in great detail. It arrived 3 days later, it looks great and I can't wait to give it to my sister for Christmas!
