Excellent service - I was sent an incorrect order where I was given 3 bottles of the night cream instead of 3 lip balms that I hadn't paid for, and when I emailed them to see if I could return the extra creams they told me to keep them as a gift and that they were going to send the lip balms as well. I am blown away by the kindness and generosity, and definitely recommend this website and it's products to everyone.
