Absolute disgrace!!
Tried to do the decent thing and change dates but they didn't even bother booking and have since tried to delay a refund for the cost of the holiday by almost 9 months.
Have booked with them for years and this is how they repay you.
Do not touch with a barge pole! Deserve all they get if they go under.
