(And I shopped around a lot). Not only did they deliver, on time, seamlessly and professionally, they also demonstrated something else, something I really appreciated - interpersonal skills and empathy. I was experiencing a number of complications and changes around my move. Jack was extremely understanding and helpful. He listened and did everything he could to work with me every step of the way. I never felt like just another number. On the day of the move, Zahair and Tanyu were my heros. Not only did they work speedily yet carefully, despite the heat. They helped out when the keys to the new door jammed and even found a way to keep unloading (up and over the back hatchet) when some plonker decided to park immediately behind our van, blocking access and unloading!
