The worst support experience I've had. I've sent over an HP laptop I've sent for repair under warranty. Firstly, I was forced to pay for cosmetic case repairs - otherwise they just wouldn't have proceeded to look at the core issue. Now it is being "on hold" for 2 months "because of parts shortage".The support line takes ages to get through to talk to an agent and they wouldn't have any useful updates. No courtesy calls, not even talking of "courtesy laptop".
