When you deliver amazing customer service and are truthful, honest and transparent to your customer even when everything is going wrong you gain respect and loyalty. After two, unavoidable delays, one due to the hold up of the shipment arriving in port, which meant my builders had to be rescheduled, but I was informed immediately, not ideal but I was told the truth, and secondly when the delivery did arrive the packaging straps had been placed so tight that it had crushed 3 boxes. Yet again amazing customer service where my complaint and subsequent replacement was confirmed in 45 minutes for next day delivery. Due to the outstanding dedication of Both Matt and Charlotte I would recommend this company, because when it is all going wrong you want to be recognised and trusted as a customer and for a solution to be given. Outstanding... oh and I’m pleased with the flooring too.
