We ordered our flooring and all paperwork confirmed we had the right product. When we came to fit it we realised that the manufacturers had supplied a product that was almost the same but in reality the wrong product. 8.30am the next morning a call I was dreading making was made really easy. Charlotte who took our call dealt with us extremely efficiently, reassuringly and took time to understand our predicament as we had our fitter arriving within the hour. Promising to get back to us after calling the manufacturer, she was true to her word with the good news that we would receive our original order the next day. Quite unbelievably the flooring arrived this morning and as I write this over 12 m2 of flooring is down and looks amazing.
