We originally saw the flooring in Carpetright. When we asked to order it we were told it would be over a week until delivery. We came home and searched on Internet and found the flooring at Best Flooring and also cheaper. We ordered Monday night and it was delivered Wednesday morning. We kept updated by email as to progress and on telephone the staff were polite and helpful. Would definitely recommend
