Really impressed with the customer service I received from the team, especially Liam Walker who has been easy to contact (huge bonus!) and extremely efficient from my initial enquiry through to delivery. There was an unexpected fault on the flooring which was delivered, within minutes of my call Liam had arranged for the damaged goods to be picked up and replacements to be delivered the next day (which we’re in perfect condition). Exceptional service, would highly recommend and use again.
