Well, I won't be buying the Marbarol Red Menthol ever again but I accept that's on me for not liking it and taking that risk. But as far as Customer service and speed of service and overall quality of DCEJ's products go, they are awesome. I am confused though, I don't recall contacting Customer Service ever.
