Well besides the occasional order malfunctions the pricing on the juice is great I'm 3 years long-time customer with this company I live in California and shipping is always so fast I have good experiences with dirt cheap e-juice in a few negative ones I'm very satisfied with them Crystal did not return my email but maybe I'll email them again and give him another chance I'm very satisfied
