Terrible company. 4 weeks and still no parts for my bike. Do you expect people to keep their bikes off the road for this long!. They take days to answer emails. First excuse was the delivery company. Now its all to do with Brexit!!
And they are NOT a UK company. they are based in Germany, so in my mind a deliberate trick to try and get you to order from them. If I had known they were not UK based I would have used someone else.
