I used to buy there but will not anymore. I had to return 2 items - one of them were shoes that were too small - I tried them at home and processed a return on the next day. I was refunded only for 1 item, after putting a complaint, they told me the shoes didnt pass their inspection (I returned them as they were recived, in the orinal box etc) and that I will not recive a refund for them. This was 2 weeks after receiving my return, they did not informed me there was sth wrong with the return until I contacted them via complaint, no explanation from their side, no refund and they didnt retun me back the shoes either. Dont buy there, very poor and dissappointing customer service!
